Residential Cleaner - Part-Time | $15-18/hour
JoyWork Cleaning Co. is growing, and we're looking for a Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team!

What You'll Do
As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you'll help create the clean, comfortable spaces our clients rely on us for. Your day may include:

Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and other areas of clients' homes

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, and completing routine residential cleaning tasks

Following JoyWork's cleaning standards and checklists to provide a consistent, high-quality experience

Treating every client's home, belongings, and privacy with respect and care

Representing JoyWork with professionalism, warmth, and a positive attitude

Working independently while staying connected with and supported by our team
No professional cleaning experience? That's okay! We provide paid training and teach you our systems, standards, and expectations.
Schedule & Flexibility

Part-time: approximately 6–25 hours per week

A Note About the Work
Residential cleaning is an active, physical job. You'll spend much of your day on your feet, moving throughout homes, bending, reaching, kneeling, and carrying cleaning supplies. If you'd rather stay active and see the results of your work at the end of the day than sit behind a desk, you may be right at home here.
